PLEASE READ THE ENTIRETY OF THIS LISTING FOR INFORMATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We are are seeking interested Food Truck vendors to participate in (Choose your Date) opportunities to setup and serve customers. This location is in a potentially HIGH traffic area right off of 151 (Holiday Inn Express, San Antonio Sea world Hotel Parking Lot) and is projected to bring in constant traffic.

Dates:
You request your own dates based from availability

Requirements:
-Must have Business License
-Must have current Business Insurance
-Permits must be current and up-to-date
-Must be in good standings (no previous infractions, poor review or customer service, etc.)
-Must complete a Preferred Vendor Application by clicking here **Only needs to be filled out ONCE**

Reservation Rate:
In order to reserve an available slot, you would pay the NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee in order to lock in your slot along with the rate based on your slot preference. You will be locking in for the requested time slot that you have chosen.

Directions for 1 day selection:

1. Complete the Preferred Vendor Application by clicking here *if not previously completed*
2. In the booking area to the right, select the day you would like request to setup.
3. Click “Confirm and Book” after completing the personal details form (please include your company/business name and some of the items that you sell in the message section).
4. Once Complete, await for a follow-up approval email.
5. Once you receive the approval email, reply to the approval email with a menu to share with all the employees in the nearby establishments and also ensure to complete payment within 24 hours or the slot will become available.
6. Once payment is complete, await directions for setup location which will be coordinated by the point of contact.
7. Arrive at the location and enjoy!

Directions for multiple day selection:

1. Complete the Preferred Vendor Application by clicking here *if not previously completed*
2. Complete the “Send Us a message” section
3. In the message block, include ALL dates you would like to request to work along with the name of your business/company.
4. Click “Request Pricing” and wait for a response (response time can range up to 48-72 hours)
5. You will receive a follow-up email once dates are verified
-If all dates are available, you will be notified and an invoice will be sent to you (payment must be received within 24 hours NO EXCEPTIONS)
-If some dates are available, you will be notified of those specific dates and an invoice will reflect those days (payment must be received within 24 hours NO EXCEPTIONS)
-If none of the dates requested are available, you will be notified and provided with dates within the range of your requested dates

1 slot – 11am – 3pm ($40)
**Set up can start as early as 10:15am. Must set final sales at 3pm. GM may request you to exit property if you stay past your allotted time**

Due to the HIGH nature of request to serve at this location, this opportunity is based on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis as it is open to any and everyone. Please carefully review the guidelines prior to reserving a date. Please also allow 5 business days prior to your requested booking date(s) for verification and approval processes. By reserving, you agree to the opportunity and event vendor agreement of serving as a food vendor for this location. Work fast to lock in your days as this location will book fast!

    During our recent stay at Holiday Inn, we were impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness of the premises. The room provided was spacious, comfortably accommodating our family and ensuring a pleasant stay. Although I found the bed to be too soft for my personal liking, I recognize this as a matter of preference and not a fault of the hotel, which aims to provide a relaxing sleep experience for its guests. The service, especially at the café, was remarkable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my son and me, making us feel genuinely cared for. This level of service significantly enhanced our stay and left us feeling very satisfied. A highlight of our visit was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of choices. As someone with a vegetarian diet, I was particularly pleased with the range of options available, making it easy to find delicious and suitable meals every morning. Overall, our experience at Holiday Inn was very positive, and the minor issue with the bed's softness was far outweighed by the excellent service and amenities provided. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn to families and anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and accommodating hotel experience.

    If you’re looking for an amazing experience staying at the Holiday Inn, this is the only location in San Antonio that has the best customer service, cleanest rooms, amazing prices & the best breakfast! I have to say the reason we choose this exact location is because of Lorena the morning server who manages the breakfast area. If you’re looking for exceptional service ask for Lorena. Lorena always makes us feel right at home, she takes good care of us & makes sure we always have everything we need. My family and I are so grateful to have met Lorena, she is definitely an amazing asset to this company!

    Stayed one night at this hotel to attend our son’s graduation from the San Antonio police department. Our room was comfortable and clean, no issues there. Upon returning home the next day and unpacking I noticed the 2 brand new jackets I had taken with me and hung in the room’s closet were missing. I immediately called the hotel and they told me housekeeping was gone for the day and to call from 8-5p the next day. Called the next morning and left a message for house keeping. No one returned my call so I called back as it was getting close to the time they go home. The front desk person said he would personally reach out to them and call me right back-he never did. Five minutes before closing I called again and the front desk person said they were very busy but she would check with them and call me back. She did and told me housekeeping didn’t find anything in our room. I was so upset because I know exactly where I left them, these were new and not exactly cheap. I asked to speak to the manager and a person who identified herself as the housekeeping manager confirmed the jackets had not been found by the staff. I told her they were definitely there and to check with the specific person that had cleaned the room. I was shocked at her response and attitude. She told me she doesn’t like to accuse her staff of anything and there’s was nothing else she could do. I told her I was positive where I left them and would make sure to write a review about my experience. She said to go right ahead and do it. I then asked her for the corporate office phone number, she said she didn’t have it and proceeded to tell me “I’m sure you can look it up” and hung up. I fully understand it was my mistake for leaving the jackets nonetheless it’s still a fact that someone kept my jackets and to hear this employee so empowered to talk to a customer in such a condescending way was not what I expected from the Holiday Inn.

    I had a wonderful experience at this particular Holiday Inn. The rooms are Clean with ample space. The grill restaurant that they have near the lobby was great! I really enjoyed the food and cold beer. Our Bartender was very friendly and the Female Manager with glasses was incredibly sweet even with all of my requests. I am terrible with names but the entire staff was exceptional.

    We stayed for three nights, and the staff was wonderful. Our first night, we ate dinner at the Grill. Our server, Summer, was the best! She made our daughter feel extra special. Added bonus, kids are free the entire time we were there (dinner and breakfast). The next two mornings at breakfast, Summer remembered us and was so beyond welcoming. The entire staff followed with her personality. Our daughter ended up sick, and our vacation became a hotel room “stay-cation”. It didn’t matter what time at night we called for something extra, they brought it up each time quickly and with a smile. At one point, a lady even brought us extra warm tea and cups as a way to offer help for the illness. We were there over New Year’s Eve weekend and the views of both the SeaWorld fireworks show and fireworks across San Antonio at midnight were amazing! We loved everything about the hotel and will be back on our next trip to San Antonio.
